James H. Vaughan

Jimmy is a Bahamian citizen educated in Montreal at McGill University where he received a BSc in Commerce. He continued his studies in London and obtained a MSc in Economics at University of London.

His business acumen was honed from an early age when he moved to the US to start Continental Farms Inc. which became the premiere cut flower distributor in the United States. Later he formed 'Grupo Andes Ltd' in Bogota, Colombia and developed it into the largest private flower producer in the world. Selling his stake in 1988, he settled in The Bahamas.

He subsequently broadened his international real estate portfolio to include hotel/marina/restaurant development under the Dunlap Investment portfolio.

Adrian F. Lismore, FCA

Adrian is a Bahamian permanent resident since 2000, educated in the UK and he joined Dunlap in March 2018 from BP PLC, where he was their Chief Commercial Officer for Structured Products having been based in London and Houston.

He has over 20 years experience in energy finance and trading, having worked in London, Sydney, Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York and Houston for some of the most prestigious Wall Street banks as well as over 7 years with BP Plc, in its prized energy trading business Integrated Supply & Trading (IST), the largest energy trader in the world.  

He serves on the board of several private companies in both Europe, Azerbaijan and the US. He has a Senior Advisor role for a Private Equity backed Midstream energy company as well as a Sovereign Wealth Fund backed board position for a sports marketing company involved with international protocol and bid city advisory to the International Olympic Company (IOC) based in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

He holds a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Accountancy.

Jamie M. Frazer, FCA

Jamie brings extensive financial management experience and expertise to Dunlap Petroleum. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds MBA's from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

He was employed at KPMG in the UK and US where he supervised IPO's, private debt placements and merger and acquisition analyses. For the past 25 years he has been on Wall Steet working for bulge bracket investment banks including JPMorgan, Citibank and Bankers Trust with primary responsibilities in Global Funding.
